Note: DEP published 52 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/disapproval actions in the September 23  PA Bulletin - pages 5958 to 6010.

The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources published notice in the September 23 PA Bulletin proposing a property exchange in West Branch, Portage, Pike and Homer Townships in Potter County.  The proposed exchanges involves 3,391.518 acres of oil, gas and mineral rights from John Young in Elk Susquehannock State Forest Districts for 2,949.72 acres of oil, gas and mineral rights in West Branch and Pike Townships, Potter County.
