The Department of Environmental Protection is asking for comments on proposed Total Maximum Discharge Limit plans for a tributary to the West Branch of the Susquehanna and Alder Run Watershed in Clearfield County.

A public hearing is being held on May 17 beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the Moshannon District Mining Office near Philipsburg to solicit comments on the proposal.
