Note: DEP published 70 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/ disapproval actions in the September 30 PA Bulletin - pages 6053 to 6123.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the September 30 PA Bulletin of proposed technical guidance on Processing Completion Reports for Coal Mining Operations for comment.  Comments due October 30.  Questions should be directed to Chris Yeakle 814-797-1191 or by email to cyeakle@pa.gov.

DEP published notice in the September 30 PA Bulletin extending the NPDES General Permit For Discharges From Aquatic Animal Production Facilities (PAG-11).

DEP published notice in the September 30 PA Bulletin of a federal consistency determination under the Coastal Zone Management Act on the deployment of temporary buoys in the Schuylkill River.

DEP published two notices in the September 30 PA Bulletin related to the Nutrient Credit Trading Program-- certification of specific credits and approval for a 1-year extension of specific credits.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published three notices in the September 30 PA Bulletin-- actions taken at its September meeting, projects approved for consumptive uses of water and projects approved for minor modifications.
