Susquehanna River Basin Commission Meets Dec. 8 On Access To Records Policy, Other Items

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission is scheduled to meet on December 8 on water withdrawal projects and to consider the Commission’s access to records [Right-To-Know] policy. (formal notice & agenda)

Also on the agenda is: informational presentation of interest to the Lower Susquehanna Subbasin area; resolution concerning Fiscal Year 2019 Federal funding of the Groundwater and Streamflow Information Program; resolution adopting amendments to Commission's By-laws; ratification/approval of contracts/grants; report on delegated settlements; and Regulatory Program projects.

The meeting will the held at the Loews Annapolis Hotel, Windmill Point Room, 2nd Floor, Powerhouse Building, 126 West Street, Annapolis, MD starting at 9:00 a.m.
