The Department of Environmental Protection has proposed to issue RACT 2 Air Quality Plan approvals for NRG Energy Center Paxton in Dauphin County and Lehigh Cement Company in Berks County. Public hearings have been scheduled for-- -- January 4: NRG Energy Center Paxton-- Hearing will be held at the DEP Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, 10:00.
