DEP Citizens Advisory Council To Hear Series Of Briefings On PA Air Quality

DEP’s Citizens Advisory Council meets January 16 and will hear a series of briefings on the Air Quality Program, including an overall picture of air quality in the state, emission trends for stationary and mobile sources and recently designated nonattainment areas.

The Council will also hear presentations on air emissions from the oil and gas industry and an overview of the financial health of the program and the need for fee increases.

The meeting will be held in Room 105 of the Rachel Carson Building in Harrisburg starting at 10:00.
