Note: The Department of Environmental Protection published 48 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/disapproval actions in the February 17 PA Bulletin - pages 990 to 1038.

The Department of Environmental Protection published an update to its Non-Regulatory Agenda which shows the technical guidance documents the department is working on and a scheduled for their consideration in the February 17 PA Bulletin. (formal notice)

DEP published notice in the February 17 PA Bulletin of changes to the list of companies certified to perform radon-related services (PA Bulletin page 1035).

The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the February 17 PA Bulletin of a list of additions to Class A Wild Trout Waters, a proposed list of changes to Class A Wild Trout Waters, Wild Trout Stream additions and revisions and proposed additions and revisions to Wild Trout Streams.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the February 17 PA Bulletin of projects approved in November 2017.
