May 1 DEP Hearing On Letterkenny Army Depot Air Quality Permit, Franklin County

The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a public hearing May 1 on the proposed Title V Air Quality Permit and RACT 2 Plan for the Letterkenny Army Depot in Greene and Letterkenny townships, Franklin County.  (PA Bulletin page 1856)

The hearing will be held in DEP’s Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg (no time given - probably 10:00).

To register to speak at the hearing, contact William Weaver at 717-705-4868. Speakers must pre-register in order to testify at the hearing. The last day to pre- register to speak at the hearing will be April 24.

All pertinent documents are available for public review between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the DEP Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110. Appointments for scheduling a review may be made by calling William Weaver at 717-705-4868.
