The Department of Environmental is inviting comments on a proposed Total Maximum Daily Load Plans for Spring Run in Fulton County and Warble Run in Juniata County (April 7 PA Bulletin page 2009).

The deadline for comments is May 7.  To submit comments or request a copy of any of the proposed TMDLs contact Scott Alexander, Water Program Specialist, Bureau of Clean Water, Central Office, Department of Environmental Protection, Rachel Carson State Office Building, Harrisburg, PA 17105, (717) 772-5670, salexander@pa.gov.
