Philadelphia Air Management Services Invites Comments On RACT Air Quality Standards

Air Management Services in Philadelphia is inviting comments on a proposed State Air Quality Implementation Plan amendment RACT controls for existing sources of volatile organic compounds and nitrogen oxides.  (April 14 PA Bulletin, page 2201)

If requested, a hearing will be held on May 31 at the Spelman Building, 321 University Avenue, 1st Floor Conference Room in Philadelphia at 6:00 p.m.  A request for a hearing must be received by AMS no later than May 14.  Click Here for a notice of whether the hearing will be held or call 215-685-9436.
