Volunteer Adult Mentors Wanted: Wildlife Leadership Academy

The Wildlife Leadership Academy is still accepting applications for volunteer Adult Mentor positions at its wildlife/fisheries focused summer field schools. Motivated teachers are encouraged to apply. Adult mentors learn alongside Academy students, serving as the primary mentors for the participating youth throughout the 5-day residential summer field schools. Positions are still available at the following 2018 field schools: brook trout, ruffed grouse-- -- Brookies – July 16-21; Sieg Conference Center (Clinton County) -- Drummers – July 16-21; Stone Valley Recreation Area (Huntingdon County) Mentors will receive food and lodging during field school; opportunity to receive 3 college credits through Cedar Crest College and/or 40 Act 48 credit hours.
