DEP Sets Hearing May 22 On Sunoco Marcus Hook Terminals Air Permit In Delaware County

The Department of Environmental Protection is scheduled to hold a May 22 public hearing on a proposed air quality permit for the Sunoco Marcus Hook Terminals in Delaware County. (April 21 PA Bulletin, page 2305) The hearing will be held at the Marcus Hook Community, 7 W. Delaware Avenue, Marcus Hook from 6:00 to 8:00. To register to speak at a hearing, or to inquire if a hearing will be held, please contact Virginia Cain, Environmental Community Relations Specialist, at 484-250-5808. The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be at 3:00 p.m. on May 15. The Department maintains the right to cancel this public hearing if we do not receive any pre-registered speakers by May 17, or if the Department determines that there is not a significant interest.
