DEP provided notice this week that it is removing one policy from its inventory:

DEP ID: 580-3000-001. Title: Deep Mine Safety Program Guidance Manual. Description: The Bureau of Deep Mine Safety Program Guidance Manual (manual) is a comprehensive collection of internal guidelines for use by Bureau of Deep Mine Safety (Bureau) staff.

DEP also provided notice of its intent to issues several general plan approvals for Best Available Control Technology in the Air Quality Program covering diesel engines, nonroad vehicles and certain fugitive emissions.
