The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the May 19 PA Bulletin it will hold a hearing [if needed] on the RACT II Air Quality Plan for Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic plant in Shirley Township, Huntingdon County. (PA Bulletin, page 2972)

The hearing will be held at the DEP Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Avenue in Harrisburg starting at 10:00.  To register to speak at the hearing, please contact Dawne Wilkes at 717-705-4702. Speakers must pre-register in order to testify at the hearing. The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be June 14.

All pertinent documents are available for public review between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the DEP Southcentral Regional Office at 909 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg. Appointments for scheduling a review may be made by calling Dawne Wilkes at 717-705-4702.
