The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a meeting and hearing on July 17 on the renewal of the NPDES discharge permit for the wastewater treatment plant serving the former Embreeville State Hospital grounds in Newlin Township, Chester County. (PA Bulletin, page 3640)

The meeting and hearing will start at 6:00 at the Marshallton united Methodist Church, 1282 W. Strasburg Road, West Chester.

Persons wishing to present testimony at the hearing should contact the Department’s Community Relations Coordinator at 484-250- 5808 on or before July 17, 2018.
