The Coalition for the Delaware River Watershed will hold its 2018 Annual Delaware River Watershed Forum on September 25-26 in Cape May, NJ.

The Forum brings together organizations and individuals spanning the four watershed states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. The Forum allows for collaboration among those working in the watershed, provides capacity-building and outreach tools for conservation, and nurtures the next generation of advocates for the Delaware River Basin.

In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, this year’s Forum will introduce award-winning author and photographer Tim Palmer.

As a writer, conservationist, and environmental planner, Tim has been involved in the Wild and Scenic Rivers system almost since its founding, and is the author and photographer of 26 books about rivers, the environment, and adventure travel.

In addition to presentations and workshops, there will also be opportunities to participate in engaging field trips that take advantage of all Cape May has to offer. Attendees will learn about local nature sites, erosion prevention through oyster reefs, barrier beach ecology, and monarch butterfly research.

Fill out the RSVP form to let organizers know you're interested in the Forum and they will email you the final registration page and Forum details once they've been confirmed in the Summer of 2018.
