PEC: Newsletter From Laurel Highlands Conservation Landscape Now Available

The latest edition of the Laurel Highlands Conservation Landscape newsletter is now available from the PA Environmental Council and its partners featuring stories about--

-- Trail development;

-- Parks and outdoor recreation;

-- Cultural/historic assets;

-- Land and water conservation;

-- Grant opportunities;

-- Meetings and conferences; and

-- Regional events that share the goals of the Landscape.

The Laurel Highlands Conservation Landscape Initiative works in Westmoreland, Fayette, Somerset, and Cambria Counties, with most of the work focused along four featured sub-landscapes: Laurel Ridge, Chestnut Ridge, the Great Allegheny Passage, and the Stonycreek-Quemahoning Initiative.
