Save The Date: Penn State Ag Progress Days Aug. 14-16 In Huntingdon County Near State College

Penn State’s College of Agricultural Sciences will host this year’s Ag Progress Days on August 14-16 at the Russell E. Larson Agricultural Research Center at Rock Springs, 9 miles southwest of State College on Route 45.

Visitors will see farm equipment demonstration, hear presentations on agriculture production, animal health and the latest on farm conservation techniques as well as on issues like the spotted lanternfly.

There are lots of activities for children too, including the butterfly tent, blacksmith demonstration and 4-H Youth activities.

Ag Progress Days ours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 14; 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Aug. 15; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 16. Admission and parking are free.
