Proposed Total Maximum Daily Load Water Quality Plan For Montour Creek, Perry County Available For Comment

The Department of Environmental Protection  published notice in the July 14 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed Total Maximum Daily Load Plan for Montour Creek in Perry County. (PA Bulletin page 4173).

Data and all supporting documentation used to develop the proposed TMDLs are available by contacting Bill Brown, Environmental Group Manager, Bureau of Clean Water, Central Office, Department of Environmental Protection, Rachel Carson State Office Building, Harrisburg, PA 17105, 717-783-2951 or send email to: willbrown@pa.gov.

Comments are due August 13.  Comments, we assume, should go to Bill Brown by sending email to: willbrown@pa.gov.
