The Environmental Quality Board published notice in the July 14 PA Bulletin inviting comments on proposed regulations increasing permit review fees on unconventional well permit applications. Comments are due August 13.

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 14 PA Bulletin inviting public comments on a revised Environmental Justice Public Participation Policy technical guidance (DEP ID: 012-0501-002). Comments are due August 28.

Permits ------------

Note: The Department of Environmental Protection published 66 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/ disapproval actions in the July 14 PA Bulletin - pages 4108 to 4174.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 14 PA Bulletin related to Court-ordered changes to compliance deadlines for registering and upgrading existing impoundments related to unconventional natural gas drilling operations.  Comments are due August 13.

DEP published notice in the July 14 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed Erosion and Sedimentation Control General Permit for Earth Disturbance Associated With Oil and Gas Exploration and related facilities.  Comments are due August 13.

DEP published notice in the July 14 PA Bulletin inviting comments on draft stream evaluation reports for 6 streams in Delaware, Elk, Fayette, Luzerne, Monroe Counties.  Comments are due August 13.

DEP published notice in the July 14 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed Total Maximum Daily Load Plan for Montour Creek in Perry County.  Comments are due August 13 (PA Bulletin page 4173).

DEP published notice in the July 14 PA Bulletin of changes to the list of companies certified to perform radon-related activities in Pennsylvania (PA Bulletin, page 4171).

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notices in the July 14 PA Bulletin listing projects approved for consumptive water use and projects approved for minor modifications in April.
