The PA Technical Assistance Program hosts a What Will The Definition Of Solid Waste Rule Exclusion Mean For Your Business? Webinar on August 16 from Noon to 1:00.

The revisions of the solid waste exclusion rule are designed to encourage the reclamation of higher-value waste solvents.

PennTAP will explain the rule and the definition of the solid waste for certain solvents transferred from one manufacturer to another.

PennTAP uses traditional pollution prevention techniques to maximize savings for Pennsylvania companies.
