Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the September 29 PA Bulletin of a final minor revision in the Technical Guidance on Cryptosporidia, E. coli and turbidity (DEP ID: 390-3301-001) and a rescinding of Technical Guidance  on the Quality Management Plan for Toxics (DEP ID: 391-3200-006) and the Quality Management Plan for the Bureau of Water Standards and Facility Regulation (DEP ID: 383-0830-001).

Note: The Department of Environmental Protection published 54 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/ disapproval actions in the September 29 PA Bulletin - pages 6281 to 6335.
