On November 10, the Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed Maintenance Plan for the Delaware County nonattaiment Area for fine particulate matter.

DEP will hold a public hearing, if needed, on the plan on December 12 at the DEP Southeast Regional Office, 2 East Main Street in Norristown, Montgomery County starting at 10:00 a.m.
