Here are highlights of actions taken by agencies on environmental regulations, technical guidance and permits.

Regulations -----------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection is proposing redesignating the Lebanon County Nonattainment Area as being in compliance with the federal fine particulate standard with the implementation of a 10 year maintenance plan.  A December 28 hearing has been scheduled, if needed.  (formal notice)
