DEP published a notice saying the Corps of Engineers renewed its State Programmatic General Permit (PASPGP-3) for five years.

The Department of Transportation submitted final form regulations to the Independent Regulatory Review Commission for review dealing with signs showing costs of emissions inspections.

The State Conservation Commission published final regulations adding phosphorus, setting manure export and other requirements relating to application of manure to the Nutrient Management Program.
