On March 22, the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership issued a call to the public to contact their House member to support House Bill 808 (Mehaffie-R- Dauphin) authorizing the Fish and Boat Commission to set its own fees. The House Game and Fisheries Committee is scheduled to consider the bill on March 26. “Pennsylvania is a sportsman's paradise and home to nearly 1.3 million anglers, who contribute to our state's $26.9-billion outdoor economy. We must give the Fish and Boat Commission the authority to determine license and boat registration fees so they can fulfill their mission of protecting, conserving, and enhancing our waters. Tell your elected leaders to support PA House Bill 808.” Click Here to contact your House member or to learn more.
