Broad-winged hawks are on the move again! Each Spring Hawk Mountain Sanctuary in Berks County eagerly looks forward to their familiar high-pitched whistles echoing throughout the Appalachian forests.

Currently two tagged individuals, Rosalie and Patty, are traveling North through Central America. They are following the same track for the third year in a row without the use of GPS, road maps, or a compass!

Hawk Mountain wishes them safe travels on their impressive journey, and look forward to their return in the near future!
