On May 6, the House Consumer Affairs Committee will hear testimony at its fourth hearing on House Bill 11 (Mehaffie-R- Lancaster) to provide financial support for nuclear power plant.

Presenters expected to provide comments are--

-- Gladys Brown Dutrieuille, Chairman, Public Utility Commission

-- David Althoff,  Director of the Energy Programs Office, DEP

-- Tanya McCloskey,  Acting Consumer Advocate, Office of Consumer Advocate [Senate Testimony]

-- Shelby Linton-Keddie,  Assistant Small Business Advocate, Office of Small  Business Advocate
