Agenda - House Environmental Committee Sets May 8 Info Meeting To Hear From Regulated Community On DEP Permit Review Experiences

The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee is scheduled to hold an informational meeting on May 8 to hear from the regulated community on their experiences with DEP’s permitting program.

Individuals expected to present comments include--

-- Thomas D. Gillespie, Sr., Professional Geologist, Gilmore & Associates, Inc.

-- Jedd Moncavage, Certified Professional Soil Scientist, Environmental Consulting Services Manager, Team Ag, Inc.

-- Bryan Pauling, P.E., Director Of Energy, Larson Design Group
