Senate Committee OKs Bill Allowing Fish & Boat Commission To Adopt Their Own Fees

On April 30, the Senate Game and Fisheries Committee approved and reported out House Bill 808 (Mehaffie-R-Dauphin) authorizing the Fish and Boat Commission to adopt their own fees for 3 years (House Fiscal Note and summary).

The bill now goes to the full Senate for action.
