Fish & Boat Commission Invites Public To Help Update Strategic Plan
Photo

The Fish & Boat Commission is updating the agency’s strategic plan and the Board of the Commission invites the public to be part of the initial process by taking an online survey.

Strategic planning allows an organization to think critically about the past, present, and especially the future.

It provides an opportunity to focus on what is most important, and, by integrating and aligning the goals and objectives of the plan with agency spending and performance measures, can help the agency be as effective and efficient as possible.

To kick off the year-long planning process, the PFBC has developed a set of survey questions to ensure all voices have an opportunity to contribute to the development of the next strategic plan.

The survey seeks your input on a few broad, yet extremely important areas, and is entirely anonymous. We do not ask that you to identify yourself in the survey. We simply want your honest, thoughtful, and constructive input.

Click Here to take the survey.  May 10 is the deadline for responses.

If you have any questions about the survey or the strategic planning process, please contact Sean Gimbel at 717-705-7842 or send email to: sgimbel@pa.gov.
