Regulations -----------------------

No news regulations published this week.  Pennsylvania Bulletin - May 11, 2019

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the May 11 PA Bulletin of the proposed Annual Air Monitoring Network Plan for Philadelphia for public comment.  Comments are due by June 11.

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the May 11 PA Bulletin (page 2402) of the extension of the NPDES General Permit for Discharges From Small Flow Treatment Facilities (PAG-04) for 12 months.

DEP published notice in the May 11 PA Bulletin of the NPDES General Permit for Wet Weather Overflow Discharges From Combined Sewer Systems (PAG-06) for 12 months.

DEP is extending the public comment period on a draft Tohickon Creek Stream Evaluation Report to July 11. The comment period was originally scheduled to end on May 13.  (formal notice)

The Fish and Boat Commission published notice in the May 11 PA Bulletin it is proposing changes to the list of Wild Trout Streams and the list of Class A Wild Trout Waters for public comment.
