REAP Farm Tax Credit: Senate Bill 622 (Sabatina-D-Philadelphia) increasing the Resource Enhancement And Protection Farm Tax Credit from $10 million to $13 million, expand the eligibility of the tax credit to a third party sponsor of a conservation practice and raise the lifetime cap to $250,000 from the current $150,000 per agricultural operation, and offer support for new eligible best management practices (sponsor summary).
