The Public Utility Commission published notice in the June 1 PA Bulletin adopting Standards and Billing Practices For Residential Public Utility Service.

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 1 PA Bulletin inviting comments on draft changes to the Sewage Enforcement Officer Certification and Training Program technical guidance.  Comments are due July 1.  Click Here for a copy of the draft guidance and to submit comments.

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 1 PA Bulletin of federal consistency under the Coastal Zone Management Act for maintenance dredging the rowing racecourse in the Schuylkill River.  Comments are due June 17.
