July 17 DEP Hearing Set On Bailey Central Mine Complex Coal Refuse Disposal Area NPDES Permit, Greene County

The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a hearing July 17 on the NPDES Water Quality Permit for the Bailey Central Mine Complex Coal Refuse Disposal Area in Morris Township, Greene County. (PA Bulletin page 3019)

The hearing will be held at the Morris Township Community Center, Rt. 18 Browns Creek Road in Nineveh, Greene County from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
