Agenda: Joint House Environmental, Local Govt. Committees June 19 Hearing On MS4 Stormwater Pollution Reduction Requirements

On June 19 the House Environmental Resources and Energy and Local Government Committees will hold a hearing on the local impacts of MS4 Stormwater Pollution Reduction Requirements.

The following individuals are scheduled to testify:

-- Andrew Boni, Perry Township, Fayette County, supervisor, representing the PA State Association of Township Supervisors;

-- Mike Callahan, stormwater program manager, Derry Township Municipal Authority;

-- Mayor Sherry Capello, City of Lebanon and Robin Getz, director of Public Works, City of Lebanon, representing the PA Municipal League;

-- Matt Quesenberry, Elk County commissioner, representing the County Commissioners Association of PA;

-- Jeffrey Stonehill, borough manager/director of utilities, Borough of Chambersburg, representing the PA State Association of Boroughs.

DEP has been invited to the hearing, but a speaker has not yet been confirmed.
