EPA Extends Low RVP Gasoline Waiver In Allegheny County, Buckeye Laurel Pipeline Still Not Repaired

On June 12, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency notified the Allegheny County Health Department it was extending the low-RVP gasoline waiver until July 1 because repairs have not been completed to the Buckeye Laurel Pipeline.  The original waiver was due to expire on June 17.

EPA granted a second temporary waiver to help ensure an adequate supply of gasoline is available in the affected areas until normal supply to the County can be restored.
