The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 29 PA Bulletin a hearing will be held September 11 [if needed] on the RACT II Air Quality Plan for the GenOn Northeast Management Company in Plumcreek Township, Armstrong County. (PA Bulletin page 3342)

The hearing will be held at DEP’s Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront Drive in Pittsburgh from 9:00 to 9:30.

To register to speak at a hearing, or to inquire if a hearing will be held, please contact Thomas Joseph at 412-442-4336. The last day to pre-register to speak at a hearing will be July 29. If DEP does not receive any pre-registered speakers by this date, the hearing will be canceled.
