Environmental Quality Board published notice in the July 6 PA Bulletin proposing to lower the sulfur content of heating oil to 15 ppm for comment.  Three hearings scheduled.  Click Here for more.

Technical Guidance -------------------

No new technical guidance published this week.

The Department of Environmental Protection posted an updated Technical Guidance [Non-Regulatory] Agenda in the July 6 PA Bulletin showing guidance in development and expected to be proposed and finalized in the next 6 months.

DEP also posts a Regulatory Agenda showing regulations in development and expected to be proposed and finalized in the next 6 months.

These agendas allow the public and potentially affected parties a head start in having an impact on their development.

Permits ------------

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the July 6 PA Bulletin of actions taken during its June 14 meeting. Click Here for more.

The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the July 6 PA Bulletin of additions to the list of Class A Wild Trout waters and additions, revisions and removals from the classification of Wild Trout Streams.
