DEP Hearing Aug. 27 [If Needed] On RACT II Air Quality Plan For Alumax Mill Products, Lancaster

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 20 PA Bulletin of an August 17  hearing, if needed, on the RACT II Air Quality Plan for Alumax Mill Products in Lancaster County. (PA Bulletin page 3784)

The hearing will be held at the DEP Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Avenue in Harrisburg starting at 10:00 a.m.

To register to speak at the hearing, please contact Thomas Hanlon at 717-705- 4862. Speakers must pre-register in order to testify at the hearing. The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be August 20, 2019.
