Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection is now accepting public comments on proposed changes in the draft NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated With Construction Activities (PAG-02).  (formal notice)

The DEP published notice in the August 17 PA Bulletin of actions and extensions of credits under the Nutrient Credit Trading Program.

DEP published notice in the August 17 PA Bulletin of the proposed settlement with Talen Energy over Brunner Island Power Station coal ash disposal for public comment (PA Bulletin page 4597).

DEP published notice in the August 17 PA Bulletin of changes to the list of companies certified to perform radon-related activities (PA Bulletin page 4598).

The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the August 17 PA Bulletin of proposed additions to the classification of wild trout streams and proposed changes to the list of Class A Wild Trout Waters for public comment.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notices in the August 17 PA Bulletin of water withdrawal registrations made under the grandfathered projects program; water withdrawal requests approved in May; and water withdrawal requests rescinded through June.
