DEP Sets Public Hearing on Changes to Lancaster Ozone Control Plan

On August 8 the Department of Environmental Protection will hold a public hearing in Lancaster on proposed changes to requirements to control ground-level ozone pollution in Lancaster County. DEP proposes to reclassify Lancaster as an ozone attainment area.

Comments are due on the plan and request by August 11.
