The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the August 24 PA Bulletin of an October 2 hearing [if needed] on the RACT II Air Quality Plan for the GE Transportation Plant operated by Wabtec US Rail, Inc. in Pine Township, Mercer County (PA Bulletin page 4907).

The hearing will be held at the DEP Northwest Regional Office, 230 Chestnut Street in Meadville starting at 10:00 a.m.

The last day to pre-register to speak at a hearing, if one is held, will be September 23, 2019. If we do not receive any pre-registered speakers by this date, the hearing will be canceled.
