Registration Open For Get Outdoors PA Exchanges Sept. 16- Reading, Oct. 7- Pittsburgh

Get Outdoors PA Exchanges are jam-packed educational events designed for recreation and conservation professionals, environmental educators, and outdoor advocates. Lunch is provided, and registration is required. Exchanges will be held:

-- September 16: The Nature Place, Reading. Come together at The Nature Place, Berks Nature, for a day packed with education, networking, and outdoor activity from from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Speakers will cover topics including the Nature Play Zone, Nature Preschool, and Adaptive Cycling.

-- October 7: Frick Environmental Center, Pittsburgh. Staff from the Frick Environmental Center, operated by the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, will present on topics including diversity and inclusion in outdoor recreation, volunteer management, and more from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. A demonstration provided by Venture Outdoors and hike around the Nature Reserve will conclude the day.
