The September 17 quarterly meeting and picnic of the West Branch Susquehanna Restoration Coalition will be held in Bald Eagle State Park at Pavilion #5 on Skyline Drive, Howard, Centre County starting at 5:30. The Coalition's annual picnic is a time for everyone to come together and share the activities and projects they have been working on this year, while enjoying good food and good company! The quarterly business meeting will begin once everyone has been served. Trout Unlimited will be providing deli sandwiches, drinks, and paper goods. The Coalition asks that you bring a dish to share. The meeting agenda includes a description of continued efforts to reauthorize the Abandoned Mine Land Fund, upcoming grant opportunities, and the process for upgrading and/or delisting streams will be a few of the topics discussed.
