The Cumberland Conservation Collaborative is inviting municipal representatives and conservation advocates to be part of the conversation at the Municipal Land Preservation Forum on September 10 in Cumberland County. As one of the fastest growing counties in Pennsylvania, Cumberland County communities face unique challenges reaching the proper balance between development and preservation. In order to maintain a high quality of life, a strategy is needed for achieving that balance.
