No new regulations were published this week.  Pennsylvania Bulletin - September 14, 2019

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the September 14 PA Bulletin of the availability of the Fiscal Year Report for the Reclamation Fee O&M Trust Account.

The PA Infrastructure Investment Authority and DEP published notice in the September 14 PA Bulletin of environmental assessments approved for projects being considered by PennVEST for funding.

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection posted changes to the list of businesses certified to perform radon-related activities in the September 14 PA Bulletin (page 5361).
