The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a hearing October 21, if requested, on the RACT II Air Quality Plan for Hydro Carbide, Inc. located in Unity Township, Westmoreland County. (Sept. 21 PA Bulletin page 5483)
The hearing will be held at DEP’s Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront River in Pittsburgh starting at 10:00.
