Capital Region Water Extends Comment Period On Harrisburg Stormwater Implementation Plan, Fee To Oct. 22

Capital Region Water has extended the public comment period on a proposed Harrisburg Stormwater Fee Proposal and Implementation Plan to October 22. Capital Region Water unveiled the proposal and implementation plan in July as the next phase of the City Beautiful H2O Program, a program necessary to improve the health of local waterways, address neighborhood needs such as localized flooding and beautification, rehabilitate failing infrastructure, and meet state and federal regulatory clean water requirements.
