The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice of availability of the Final General Plan Approval/Operating Permit for Human or Animal Crematories.

DEP published a notice of Corps of Engineers certification of Pennsylvania’s State Programmatic General Permit.

DEP published a notice updating its list of organizations certified to perform radon testing. (PA Bulletin page 3723)

The Executive Board published a notice on the reorganization of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
